Tutorial: Using the My Accound Features

This tutorial will teach you how to use the My Account features on AudioXsell.

You must be a registered member to use the My Account features. If you already have an account you can sign in at the top of any page on the right side as shown below.



If you have not registered you can create your account here. If you are having trouble, follow our registration tutorial here.

Sign In To Your AudioXsell Account

Once registered, you must sign into the site to start managing your account.

Using My Account

Using the My Account area offers each member various options to manage their account. To access this area, use the My Account button on the blue main top menu area at the top of each page.



This tutorial will guide you through each section of the My Account area.

Upon clicking the My Account menu item, you will be taken to a main member page with various information about your account balance, your feedback and classifieds you have posted and inquired about. This page also offers an easy link to pay off your balance or add money to your account at AudioXsell.

The following sections of this tutorial follow the menu items on the left side of the My Account area as shown below.



Active Classifieds
This page shows all of the active classified ads you have posted on AudioXsell. In this area you are given four options for each classified.



- View Classified
This option allows you to view your classified.

- Revise Classified
This option allows you to change your classified. Once you select this, you will be taken to a new page with many options. You can change the item’s information, edit the photos, update the template for the ad, or add the add-on options.

- Mark as Sold
This option allows you to mark the item as sold and it will disappear from the marketplace but is still accessible with a direct link. Once you select this option, you will be taken to a page where you will need to choose which member you sold it to. Only members that sent you messages will be listed here.

- Cancel Ad
This option allows you to cancel your classified posting. Please note AudioXsell cannot issue a refund once an item is posted. Once you select this, you will be taken to a confirmation page for canceling the sale.

Classified History
This page shows your entire classified history; listing all of the classifieds that have been posted using your account. You can also relist your item using this page. This is also where you will leave feedback a buyer of one of your items once you have marked that item as sold in the active classifieds area of My Account.



View Invoices
On this page you can view the invoices for each classified you have posted on AudioXsell.com. Each item will be listed as paid or unpaid. By clicking on an item listed on this page you will be taken to the invoice for that specific item. This invoice will show a breakdown of the cost of posting the item.

View Payments
On this page you can view your payment history.

Make Payment
This is the area you can use to add one of our bulk packs to your account or simply pay off your balance. You can pay via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or PayPal. Please note if you use a debit card it must have one of the accepted credit card logos on the card.

AudioXsell will not bill you until your account reaches $3.00.

Our bulk packs offer a way for you to save on each post. The larger the bulk pack that is purchased, the more you save. Account credits never will expire but they are non refundable.

Leave Feedback
The Leave Feedback page will list all of the items you have either bought or sold that you still need to leave feedback on. Please note that once you leave feedback, you will be unable to change it.

AudioXsell feedback is ranked by decibels (dB) a negative number reflects poor feedback and a positive number reflects good feedback. A positive rating will give you 3dB, a neutral rating gives you 0dB, and a negative rating will remove 5dB from your score. It is possible to go negative.

Complete the rating and comment area for the seller or buyer you want to leave feedback for. You can also click on the user name of the buyer or seller and view all of the feedback that has been given to them. Once you have finished, click the Leave Feedback button.

Review My Feedback
On this page you can view your feedback score that has been calculated using the values that members of the AudioXsell have given you upon finalization of a sale. Remember you can get feedback as a buyer or a seller.

You can also view your feedback score on your My Account home page.

Update Address
In this area you can Change your name or address.

Change Email/Password
In this area you can change your email address that is used for AudioXsell communication and you can also change your password. Remember this address is where you will receive messages from other members. If you do not think you are receiving messages, please check your Spam folder if you are using an online mail service.

Please be courteous to each other and make using AudioXsell a pleasant process.
